Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all our clients, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice will be eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without incurring a full charge. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
